What are the 50 small mixed charms?

-       50 small mixed charms are fun, and kid friendly charms. A few charms included in this pack are large.

 

How long is processing and shipping?

-       Processing takes 2-3 business days and 2-3 days for shipping. Processing begins the next business day of which payment is made.

 

Which carrier are your packages shipped through?

-       We ship all orders with USPS via priority mail. Please keep in mind shipping starts at $8 and extra shipping fees can be applied depending on order size.

 

What are the sizes of the rhinestone jars?

X small = 1oz jar

Small = 3oz jar

Medium = 6oz jar

Large = 8oz jar

X large = 10oz jar

Rhinestones are not counted, all jars are filled to the very top and only go by the sizes listed.

 

 How long is processing for premade items?

-       Processing for premade items takes between 12-14 business days. Please keep in mind these are handmade products, carefully read each product description.

 

What charms are used for the premade bangles?

-       All premade bangles are only created with lux charms and very few bling charms.

 

What do I do if I am missing an item?

-       In the rare occasion that we miss an item from your order, please send us an email at support@ardordiy.com and we will be more than happy to fix the issue.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

-       No all sales are final.

 

What type of material are the charms and bangles made of?

-       All charms are made with alloy.

 

Do the resin planars come with holes?

-       When adding planar packs to your cart the option will be given if you’d like holes drilled or no holes. Resin planars can be used for various Diy projects thus why the option is given.
